The Idea...
U-wired.com came about over the cause of a few months with
the main concept of online communication and old fashioned customer
service driving the idea forward. The team that came together to talk
about this has had extensive experience running, researching and being
customers in the online world.
We have created our company to get back to the basic ideas that has worked in
the offline world for generations: communication and respect for customers.
An old saying that we would like to bring back is "the customer is always
right". For this to work though there needs to be mutual respect for each
other, we will grow with our clients.
